Policies and Terms

Please read these policies and terms very carefully. All sales and services are subject to these policies. Please note that these policies are non-negotiable, and we cannot make exceptions. Please call us if you have any questions. We also reserve the right to modify or change the Policies and Terms at our sole discretion. Orders placed after any modifications or changes take place will be subject to the new Policies and Terms. These policies and terms do apply to all sales and services transactions.

Production Scheduling

Production times for Minnesota Custom-Made Apparel and Accessories LLC are dependent on the service being provided and extending to 2-3 weeks for schools, teams, and larger orders once on the production schedule. Orders completed after 1 pm CST are processed the next business day. Rush service options may be possible upon request, contingent on product and supply availability. Timelines may fluctuate based on product availability, stock levels, and inbound shipping. Production commences upon full payment receipt and artwork approval.

Pricing

Our primary offerings are custom products, pricing is calculated according to several key factors, including product style, ink color(s), quantity, thread count, number of print location(s), decoration type, special instructions, and other relevant considerations.

Logo & Artwork Design policies

We will work with you to optimize your design to work with our service offerings. While we assist with color correction and optimization required, our design services are limited to preparing your artwork (digitizing) for use in our services. Designing a logo or your artwork will require additional time and expense. Please review Our Logo Design Process for a detailed outline of the process.

Pricing for the artwork starts at $30 and goes up from there depending on complexity and time needed to accomplish the artwork. We will retain the rights for created artwork and can use it for any purposes (unless otherwise decided by both parties) including, but not limited to, use with future printed orders, online in pictures or digital formats, use on social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. To purchase full rights to the artwork, please ask for details.

Special programs for youth organizations, USA Military, and not-for-profits organizations.

We offer special pricing to youth organizations, USA Military, and not-for-profit organizations the meet our criteria. Only qualified organizations will be eligible for the program. Please contact us to see if your organization qualifies for this program. Your group can stand out with custom apparel, spirit wear and accessories.

Product provided by our customers – (Very important)

We will take customary and reasonable care of the products you provide to us. However, we are not responsible for any damage to your products caused by the customizing process. Customers providing products to us assume all risk of damage associated with the customizing process. Please read and sign Customer Supplied Garment Waiver.

Samples

Upon request, sizing samples can be provided and require a credit card hold. We offer alternating sizes in each requested style. Upon the return of all samples to Minnesota Custom-Made Apparel and Accessories LLC in new condition and without damage, they will be applied towards your order. Failure to return, returning damaged samples, or not utilizing them for your order will result in charges to the card on file. Please note, we do not offer samples of designs on garments.

Rush Orders

If you have a rush order, please contact us.  All our jobs are scheduled out. There will be an additional charge for rush orders. Depending on our production schedule, the timing and complexity of your job, and the ability to obtain the blank products, we may consider waiving or reducing the rush charges. Prices given are list prices and are subject to changes without notice. Prices may be changed without notice due to unforeseen cost increases of imported products, raw materials availability, shipping, or currency fluctuations.

Shipping

Orders placed for shipping will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Minnesota Custom-Made Apparel and Accessories LLC is NOT responsible for any delays of an order due to bad weather conditions or the negligence of the carrier – including LOST shipment(s). Once we put it into the possession of a third-party carrier, their policies are enforced. When Minnesota Custom-Made Apparel and Accessories LLC ships the order, the system will automatically email the customer with their tracking number.

Additionally, the cost and transit times of shipments vary. Each customer will be made aware of those fees prior to finalizing their order. Minnesota Custom-Made Apparel and Accessories LLC does not offer international shipping.

Defects or Missing Items

Customers must report any defects or missing items within 72 hours of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect their order within this time frame and raise any concerns. After 72 hours, Minnesota Custom-Made Apparel and Accessories LLC will not assume responsibility. We advise customers to promptly inspect their orders upon receipt. Returns

Returns are only accepted if the items received are defective or incorrect. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to Minnesota Custom-Made Apparel and Accessories LLC promptly at barb@mncustom-made.com.
