We have an Easy Step Process to help you achieve your desired product.

  1. Send us your design and we will provide you with a complimentary quote.
  2. After reviewing and approving the quote, you will receive the digital artwork.
  3. Examine the digital artwork and let us know if any minor adjustments are needed.
  4. Once the digital artwork is approved, for embroidery orders, we will send a color stitched swatch either by mail or as a JPEG file. You will then receive an invoice for our services, and we'll proceed with production!

Enhancing Your Logo Design! At Minnesota Custom-Made Apparel and Accessories LLC, our services go beyond just digitizing your design. We evaluate your design to identify opportunities for optimizing the customization process and lowering your costs. We'll discuss these potential improvements with you and won't implement any changes until we have your approval.

Raster Images

Raster images, such as .png, .tif, and .jpg, are suitable for embroidery because we will convert your logo into a digitized file. Raster images consist of fixed dots or pixels that form all the colors, shadows, and highlights in an image. These images are typically created by scanning artwork, digital photographs, or using photo editing or paint software like Adobe Photoshop or GIMP. Most images found in a Google Image Search will be raster images.

Raster images cannot be printed or enlarged without losing quality. For optimal results, create raster files that are at least as large as the area you intend to print on, or even larger, at a high resolution (300DPI). Images taken from websites may not be high resolution and may not reproduce well. Transparent formats (.png, .tif) are preferred for production.

Accepted File Types for custom embroidery, transfers, or HTV: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, CDR, PNG, JPG, TIF

Vector Images are the Preferred Choice.

Vector File Types: .ai, .svg, .eps, .pdf, .cdr

Vector images are composed of numerous tiny dots that can be scaled up or down, allowing an image to be resized without losing quality or becoming blurry or pixelated. This flexibility makes vector images ideal for a variety of sizes.

Here are some vector artwork tips for you or your designer:

  • Ensure your document is cropped as closely to the artwork as possible.
  • Convert all paths and text to 'outlines' or 'curves'.
  • PDFs should be single-page documents.

What if you do not have your artwork in an electronic format?

If You Have a Digitized Logo or Design: We can work with your file if it is "100% READY FOR PRODUCTION," which means it is a digitized embroidery file in DST format, prepared for sewing. In all other cases, charges for design and/or digitization will apply. PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for the sewing results of customer-supplied DST files. Additional fees may apply for requested sew outs (swatches) or corrections to the submitted DST file.
